The ISRM Satish Dhawan Scholarship Programme

The ISRM was founded in 2018 to create a space where academics, senior practitioners and policy makers could come together to share perspectives and global best practices concerning all aspects of strategic risk and crisis management, that would be of value to risk managers and businesses worldwide, whatever their scale and scope, or the specific sector they are involved in. Under the direction of its founder, Dr David Rubens, the ISRM can boast a global membership with Chapters established in seventeen countries worldwide. It is widely recognised as one of the leading membership organisations in the sector.

The Satish Dhawan Memorial Scholarship Programmes allows for ten successful candidates every year to participate in a fully-funded a two-year distance learning programme that is regulated by the UK government Office of Qualifications.

The Satish Dhawan Memorial Scholarship Programme has been established to give opportunities to Indian researchers in all aspects of strategic risk and crisis management. They will be able to benefit from being part of a global programme, whilst at the same time making a significant contribution to understanding the challenges that India is facing, and the range of solutions that will need to be developed in order to engage with them in a meaningful way.
