ISRM University of Gloucestershire Chapter has Successfully Organised First Event

We are proud to announce that the ISRM University of Gloucestershire Chapter has successfully organised its first event.

James Blockley from Gloucestershire County Council discussed flood risk management in Gloucestershire and the key responsibilities of the Lead Local Flood Authority, including investigating and reporting flooding incidents, producing a local flood risk management strategy, and consenting works on ordinary watercourses.

He also emphasized the importance of improving public awareness of flooding and ensuring close partnership working with other risk management authorities in Gloucestershire.

We are grateful for everyone’s contribution to this event.
