The last two years have seen unprecedented levels of stress across every aspect of our society. Whether it is job losses, personal finances, family pressures, caring for sick relatives, lockdown, living with children or one of a hundred other possible issues, the build-up of stress – often unnoticed, but equally often life-changing on its intensity, has been unrelenting. There has been little notice taken of this, and most people have been left to get on with life, despite a never-ending background of anxiety that can be corrosive and soul-destroying.
This webinar will bring together three leaders in their fields, each of whom have been intimately involved in engaging with issues of stress in our Covid-19 world, and who have seen at first hand the impacts that can have on individuals, families and the wider community in general.
Join us for a roundtable discussion on some of the most striking issues of the Covid landscape, issues which will continue to be at the forefront of our daily struggle as we enter into Year 3 of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Speakers:
- Dr Mike Rennie – Senior Lecturer, Royal Military Academy Sandhurst
