Access to resilience knowledge and actionable insights is more critical than ever. To strengthen the resilience of essential services and critical infrastructure—at personal, organisational, environmental, community-wide and planetary levels—we need to move beyond asking “what?” and focus on “how?”.
“To have any hope of strengthening the resilience of critical infrastructure at any level, we need to shift our focus from ‘what’ to ‘how’ “.
“What we really need in these challenging times are ‘pracademics’: those who translate scientific knowledge, insights and lessons learned from international crisis experiences into a very concrete framework of recommendations and project proposals for action”.
